FStoppers Point of View on the Nikon Df

When the Nikon Df was announced, I loved it, a true D-SLR just for photography, it looked cool, specification look great and I really wanted one.

Now its been around for a few months, I still love it, but to me GEAR is just a tool to capture great images and the Df is more a camera that could be said is more of a fashion statement or a camera that brings back old film memories?

FStoppers, have creatived this interesting video which some what hits the mark?

Scott Kelby's switch from Nikon to Canon

I am a fan of Kelby and I believe him totally, but the fact of sponsorship by Canon must have been in their minds.

Anyway, we have to get past GEAR, photography is all about the image and the story within this image !!!

When someone buys a lovely image, they are putting their money where their mouth is and don't really care if it was taken by a Nikon or Canon, other camera brands available too, do you get my point?
