This one with sitting on the airfield ready to be flown.

Taken with a Nikon D3s and AF-S NIKKOR 200-400mm f4 VRII lens, saved on SanDisk Extreme UDMA Compact Flash with setting of 400mm @ f9, 1/1250 sec ISO 200.

la Défense, Paris, Photowalk

At the beginning of December 2011, I organised a photo walk in Paris, France. While we all had a great time, the weather was poor, very grey and wet.

Now why can't we have bright clean car parks, like above, we were just blown over with how clean and bright the car park at la Défense was.

Christmas sale had also started in most of the shops at la Défense.

les Boutiques de la Défense Grand Arche, translated the shops of La Defense Grand Arch, yes the ladies would have fun with a credit cards in the plentiful shops at la Défense.

More images from this trip coming soon.

For more details on Mark's photowalks just click on the links, Bath, Brighton, Bristol.

New Nikon WT-5 wireless transmitter

January 2012, MAY bring news that Nikon is expected to replace their current wireless transmitter, WT-4B with a new model WT-5 to join their line up and be compatible with Nikon's upcoming D800 or D4 DSLR cameras.

The WT-5 MAY be mountable on the camera and very compact, unlike the Nikon current WT-4B wireless transmitter which is a belt (waist) mounted system that was introduced back in 2007.
